If I had a dollar for every time I get asked the question “Which CRM do you prefer?” I’d be rich!
The short answer is that there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution, because every organisation is unique and has completely different requirements – and that’s before factoring in individual preferences.
When we work with new clients, the first thing we do is to take a good look under the bonnet of your business: understanding who will use the platform, how it will be used, and for what purpose.
After that, we take a look at your data and any other software and systems you use, to establish how everything needs to integrate. Once we’ve established this information, we’re in a position to recommend the most suitable platform for you.
This is a process we refer to as ‘Discovery’ (if you have any other words in mind to describe this process, do drop me an email via firstname.lastname@example.org – I’d be interested to know), and this phase is the basis for matching you up with the right CRM.
Do you want to know how to choose a CRM?
One step in our Discovery process is to identify these features and prioritise them, not only saving you the effort, but the time and money involved in future-proofing your platform.
For assistance in choosing the right CRM or automation platform that meets your business requirements and personal preferences, email email@example.com, and I’ll be in touch. Or download our How to Choose a CRM guide above to understand all the areas you need to consider.
